BMW revealed is pushing the potting of the compact X model to tackle tough, winter terrain. The BMW X1 features all-wheel drive, perfect for getting to the slopes, and the connection to cold weather pursuits is furthered through a new brand collaboration with ski manufacturer K2.
Set for true debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show (November 30-December 9, 2012), the lifestyle oriented BMW Concept K2 Powder Ride is the result of a three-year cooperation. A limited-edition K2 ski provides the graphic inspiration, and the car itself incorporates an innovative ski holder and power sound system for impromptu slope side parties.
