Aston Martin Says that the V12 Cygnet Was Just a Feasibility Study

That doesn't mean that we don't still want one.

None

When the rumor mill lit up yesterday with news that Aston Martin was putting a V12 engine into the Cygnet, thereby changing it from a cynical and irritating little thing to help the corporate average fuel economy into an absolutely nuts and hilarious little Nissan Juke-R competitor, we were ecstatic. Sadly, after reaching out to Aston-Martin, Jalopnik discovered that while the company has done a feasibility study of a V12 Cygnet, no work has been done on the car apart from that.

It's just a fun idea, nothing more.
