This half-size replica of a Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 turbofan jet engine comes complete with working parts.

According to Rolls-Royce this model Trent 1000 turbofan jet engine took 152,455 standard LEGO bricks and parts to build and is "one of the most complex LEGO structures ever built." The company revealed the half-size model of the jet engine that is used to power Boeing's 787 Dreamliner craft at this year's Farnborough Airshow.
