The idiots were out to play in Fort Wayne, Ind. Monday evening. Somebody spotted 29-year-old Aaron Stefanski driving approximately three blocks from a liquor store around 5:30 p.m. last night with four young children strapped with tow belts to the hood of his car. The kids were four, five, six, and seven years old and were luckily unharmed. Stefanski faces felony neglect charges and three counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
