Alistair Overeem's failed drug test has put his UFC 146 match with heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos (scheduled for May 26) in jeopardy. According to Nevada Athletic Commission executive director Keith Kizer, Overeerm tested positive for elevated levels of testosterone. A 6-to-1 testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio is the maximum allowed by the NAC and Overeem's results came back as 10-1.
The former Strikeforce heavyweight champ can take a second urine test in hopes of receiving a fight license from the NAC and keeping the scheduled bout with dos Santos alive.
Damn. Looks like homie has two options: Take and pass that second test or hit up Ryan Braun's lawyers.
