Deron Williams Drops 50 Points On a Team in Turkey

Video Loading...

Last we heard, Deron Williams was having a hard time getting used to playing ball in Turkey. As the most high-profile NBA player to take his talents overseas, he's spent the last month or so adjusting to the physical style that many teams in places like Turkey employ. Turns out, he's plenty adjusted at this point!

In a game against Turkish team Gottingen on Tuesday night, D-Will dropped 50 points, his highest total output since tipping off in Turkey. He also grabbed three boards and dished out one dime during the game. One assist, dude? Well, at least we know you're working on your J over there. Now, keep it up.

Last time i heard Göttingen is in Germany, not in Turkey. And the game was played in the Eurocup not in the Turkish League. Get your facts right guys!
