NFL parity, gotta love it, right? Here's the most anti-climatic spoiler alert ever: the Green Bay Packers occupy the No. 1 spot in our NFL Power Rankings. Baltimore is 2, because they're one of the most consistent franchises of the past decade; ditto the Patriots at 3. But after that? A bunch of teams we're not sure anybody really believes in just yet. It's early, so nobody knows much (except this: the 49ers—as in the San Francisco 49ers—will host a playoff game this year), but that's why we watch the games. There's teams whose fans weren't expecting to be watching important games this late, there's teams whose fans are putting away the sharp objects already, and there's teams whose fans need to get their parachutes out because their squads are about to go into free-fall.
