High-speed chases with the Italian police force may be tougher than usual. In 2001, they received a donation from Lamborghini in the form of a Gallardo LP560-4.
Now, the car manufacturer is introducing the Aventador with a concept police version. The blue and white car has a V12 engine that can top speeds of 217 mph, making this a difficult vehicle to even attempt to outrun.
The good news for runners: The Aventador has a price tag of $331,175 so unless donated, chances are the police car will remain in it’s concept stage.
