But he's back at it again—this time denying a report that both Mayweather and Shane Mosleyshared on Twitter on Thursday that features an anonymous Filipino boxer talking about how he used to inject Pacman with steroids. "This is completely false, totally fabricated, and, not surprisingly, leveled by someone who will not even identify himself," Pacquiao said in a statement. "I have never taken steroids, HGH, or any banned performance-enhancing drug. Period."
