Good: One can only guess what was going through the mind of this Chinese man, referred to simply as "Mr. Zhang". If the dude's not crazy, we'd like to know what he's on. Surveillance cameras in China's Taizhou, Zhejiang Province caught Zhang piloting not one, but two carnival-style bumper cars down a busy highway.
Better: While it appears at initial glance that Zhang roped the two cars together, a closer look clearly shows that he's straddling the pair, giving gas to both, in what amounts to the strangest driving display we've seen in some time.
Best: Since there's no specific laws in the Chinese penal code that say you can't take a bumper car (or tandem pair) on the street, Zhang apparently got off with a warning. You go, Mr. Zhang!
