Due to the fact that he would waddle when he walked, fans gave Medwick the nickname “Ducky” or the more embarrassing “Ducky Wucky.” Determined to not have that nickname throughout his entire pro career, homie hit the weights and got real brolic. So much so that his nickname became known as “Muscles.” After his dramatic change in physique, Medwick became more or less unfuckwittable around the clubhouse, and no one uttered that former nickname in his presence again.
