We wouldn't have bet 10 bucks on VCU to win much of anything back in January—let alone the entire goddamned NCAA Tournament. And that's exactly why we're not gonna be pulling in $50,000 if they do manage to do it next weekend. But some unidentified hoops fan did exactly that in January—placing $10 on VCU to win it all at the Las Vegas Hilton with 5000-1 odds—and they stand to become the smartest person in America if the Rams manage to cut down the nets next Monday night.
