Fire trucks are cool. Water guns are also cool. So why didn’t anybody think of this sooner? Luoyang City in China recently put on a display of the latest addition to their firefighting arsenal; a $456,000 jet-powered H2O cannon that sprays water up to 400 ft. Even crazier is how it gits ‘er done. According to sources at Engadget, the water reaches the fire so fast, it sucks all oxygen out of the blaze, effectively suffocating the fire while it soaks.
