After debuting the KD 8 Elite in February, Nike Basketball has officially unveiled LeBron James' postseason sneaker.

The Nike LeBron 13 Elite sees a completely revamped upper that removes the LeBron 13's Hyperposite overlays in favor of a Kurim cage that wraps the entire upper for durability and support. A full-length bootie will keep King James locked in, while an extended carbon fiber shank adds stability on the hardwood. Two extra Zoom Air units have been added to each shoe for improved responsiveness, and finally, a small hit of leather at the toe gives the LeBron 13 Elite some lifestyle appeal.

Below, you can go up close with all the details on the LeBron 13 Elite and hear about the upgrades from the man himself. The red colorway will debut alongside the KD 8 Elite on April 14, followed by a white make up on May 5 and finally a black colorway on May 26
