While you may see just a running map, Claire Wyckoff sees a blank canvas ready for artistic expression. While it may sound ridiculous, it's true.
Using the Nike+ app, Wyckoff has crafted a collection of masterpieces ranging from movie characters to certain male body parts. Using the city of San Francisco as her backdrop, Wyckoff carefully plots out her running routes so that they show up in the app as an artistic rendering of an object. How she does it we don't know, as many of the drawings feature tiny, minute details that must take a lot of time to plan out and execute. Wyckoff then posts her work to her tumblr and Instagram accounts for us all to marvel at.
