In continuing their ongoing Collectors Project series, this week adidas Originals highlights the work of well-respected New Yorker, Operator Emz.
Having long since been immersed in the NY scene, Emz knows exactly what the Three Stripes means to the culture as well as the city. And in sticking with the classics, the DJ chose to work on the brand's timeless Pro Model 80s silhouette.
Emz aimed at keeping the shoe classic but of course injecting his own flair into the re-up. Throughout the above footage, you will get to hear him speak on his work, NY and adidas as well as plug the party for his special edition sneaker with the brand, taking place on Monday, October 21.
