Fresh off the adiZero Crazy Light 3 unveiling we previewed yesterday, adidas has decided to bring back another basketball shoe by popular demand, the Rose 773.

Worn by both college and pro ballers last season, the Three Stripes decided to upgrade the D Rose signature series just in time for the offseason. Somewhat of a hybrid, the Rose 773 2 features an upper similar to the one see on the Rose 3.5, housed on an adiPure CrazyQuicksole, giving players the best of both comfort and traction. As far as the tech goes, Rose 773 2 includes all of the usual culprits generally featured in adidas-branded performance shoes, including Sprintweb in the upper for breathable, lightweight support, and an articulated adiPure CrazyQuick midsole for cushioning and responsiveness.

The shoe features a non-marking rubber outsole with a zonal construction for unparalleled quickness and agility. The shoe’s wide base makes it a solid choice for ballers of any position—big men included. Additional features include a padded collar for improved ankle support and a reinforced heel counter for a lock down fit. For players who want to keep tabs on their performance, the Rose 773 2 also comes with an integrated miCoach sensor cavity under the insole. Available now in nine initial colorways, including the Black/Vivid Yellow version seen above.

$110
