Oh to be rich and famous.

Pharrell Williams snatched up a new pad from fellow wealthy celebrity Tyler Perry for a whopping $15.6 million USD, an amount I personally cannot fathom. According to Hypebeast, the award-winning multi-hyphenate will now end his days in the spacious 10-bedroom, 11-bathroom home. The sale is a win for Perry, who originally bought the house last year for $14.5 million.

The mansion is apparently sitting in one of the best neighborhoods in Beverly Hills, and includes a “resort-style” outdoor area that surrounds it. The home was originally built back in 1992, and stands at a wild 17,475 square feet. Pharrell must be doing pretty well for himself right now, considering he also owns a $7.14 million house in the Hollywood Hills. Chump change for someone like him, I'm sure.

In other recent Pharrell news, the producer/rapper/artist released the single “Sangria Wine” alongside Camila Cabello over the weekend.

Williams is also expanding his business ventures by opening up his first restaurant in Miami later this year. The 17,000-square-foot eatery will be called Swan and Bar Bevy, located at 90 N.E. 39th St. in Miami.

“[Pharrell] has some great ideas and visions,” Pharrell’s business partner David Grutman told the South Florida Business Journal. “I think it’s going to the be the most beautiful restaurant in Miami.”

It’s unclear what the restaurant is going to serve, but Swan and Bar Bevy is slated to open its doors sometime this fall, so we'll find out soon enough.
