Marvel creator Stan Lee is the latest Hollywood figure to be hit with sexual assault allegations. According to The Daily Mail, nurses caring for the 95-year-old comic book creator at his Hollywood Hills mansion have accused him of repeatedly groping them, demanding oral sex in the shower, walking around naked, and asking to be pleasured in the bedroom.

Due to these allegations, The Daily Mail reports that the company employing these nurses is now in a legal dispute with Lee, but no complaints or lawsuits have officially been filed. On December 20, 2017, Lee's attorney Tom Lallas sent a cease-and-desist letter to the nursing company accusing it of defamatory claims against his client.

"Mr. Lee categorically denies these false and despicable allegations, and he fully intends to fight to protect his stellar good name and impeccable character. We are not aware of anyone filing a civil action, or reporting these issues to the police, which for any genuine claim would be the more appropriate way for it to be handled," Lallas tells The Daily Mail. "Instead, Mr. Lee has received demands to pay money and threats that if he does not do so, the accuser will go to the media. Mr Lee will not be extorted or blackmailed, and will pay no money to anyone because he has done absolutely nothing wrong."

The former nursing company has also made claims against Lee's right hand man Max Anderson, with a source saying, "Max is a big guy and some of the nurses are scared of him. They have accused him of intimidating them and say a lot of the sexual harassment has gone on in front of him, like some boys' club."

While this nursing company has since stopped caring for Lee, he is now being cared for by Vitale Nursing Inc. Company representative Julie Wozniak said Lee has been "polite, kind, and respectful" since they have taken over.

These allegations come after reports last week claiming that someone finessed an $850,000 condo with money stolen from the comic book legend.

Regarding the claims of sexual assault, a source close to the situation told The Daily Mail, "He doesn't seem to care what people think of him, he's lost his filter. There has been a stream of young nurses coming to his house in West Hollywood and he has been sexually harassing them. He finds it funny."
