Listen up, everyone. Supreme Kardashian, Khloé, has some wise words to share so you best be taking notes. The 31-year-old, who overheard parents Bruce and Kris Jenner having sex while she hid under their bed, took to Instagram to dish out some much-needed life advice after dispelling rumors of a reconciliation with estranged husband Lamar Odom.

"Let me remind you that we don't need anybody's approval to be happy in life,” she wrote in the lengthy post. “It's on you to validate and accept your version of happiness. Take the control back. You choose your life. Don't let anyone else decide for you."

The TV personality went on to advocate letting go of the toxic people in your life, which may or may not be a reference to her marriage to Odom. He was spotted hanging with the family at Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 3 show during New York fashion Week but they are definitely not back together. Khloé also broke up with NBA beau James Harden, who found it difficult to cope with the attention that comes with dating a Kardashian. She continued:

"There's a huge difference between giving up and letting go. Giving up means you are selling yourself short. It means allowing fear to limit your opportunities and keep you cemented in place. Stuck. Letting go means freeing yourself from something that is no longer beneficial to your personal growth. It means removing toxic people and toxic mindsets from your life so that you can make room for relationships and ideas that are conducive to your happiness and ever evolving personal expansion. Giving up is self-defeat. Letting go is self-love."

The blonde Kardashian ended her inspirational speech by reminding you that people won’t always remain a part of your life. She added, "Not everyone who started with you will finish with you. Be ok with that. 'God Helps Those Who Help Themselves.'"

Deep.
