Who says celebrities don't care about the little people? TMZ is reporting that a bus driver who pulled over her vehicle in order to take a selfie with comedian Kevin Hart has been suspended. While we would all want to ask Hart for a selfie if we saw him on the street, word got back to Genesha Bradley-Douglas's employer, National Rental Car, and they promptly suspended her, without pay.
Luckily for her, however, Hart got word of the situation and recorded a short clip, basically begging National to reinstate her. He went on to say that, if he was in her position, he would have taken a selfie with himself too.
And it looks like it worked: speaking to Inside Edition, Bradley-Douglas confirms that she did, in fact, get her job back, thanks to the attention that Hart's video brought to the situation. All's well that ends well—now we just need to see the selfie.
