Things are about to get really uncomfortable for the unnamed Virginia teen and football player who had a sext message sesh with his underage girlfriend.
In a rather crude attempt to seek justice, Manassas City police and prosecutors have allegedly obtained a warrant that would allow them to photograph the young man's erect penis with the intention of verifying whether or not he sent pornographic imagery to his 15-year-old girlfriend.
If the defendant is found guilty, he could face time in jail and be forced to register on the sex offenders list. But the real humiliation here is having to get hard for a bunch of prosecutors and law enforcement agents.
Apparently, they wouldn't give the accused old issues of Playboy. According to lawyer Jessica Harbeson Foster, they would "just take him down to the hospital, give him a shot and then take the pictures that we need.”
That still sounds horrible. Good luck with that, kid.
