It's hard out here for the unemployed and it's becoming increasingly clear that it's necessary to step outside the box to make yourself stand out to potential employers. That's exactly what Buenos Aires, Argentina-based designer Ivan Basurto is doing with his all-GIF resume, for which he created a bunch of custom GIFs to show off his various skills, experience, and education.
He told the Creators Project that he's hoping the unconventional CV will land him a gig with a creative agency, and it seems likely that the extra effort will pay off.
