Neil deGrasse Tyson is taking over the the world, he's started with Cosmos—and now your local bar.
Pacific Standard, a bar in Park Slope, Brooklyn, just launched a new drink called the "Neil deGrasserac Tyson." It's a $10 cocktail with bourbon, Pernod, bitters, lemon peel, and star anise—it's a spin on a Sazerac, if you couldn't tell. "We were really excited about it and wanted to honor him by naming a drink after him," said bar co-owner Jonathan Stan. Tyson hasn't been able to try it for himself yet, so that means one thing: you're going to have to try it for him.
