With about a month to go before its premiere, BBC America has debuted a new trailer for the upcoming mini-series Fleming: The Man Who Would Be Bond.

As the title suggests, the four-part series follows the life of author Ian Fleming before he created James Bond. During that time, not only did Fleming do all the rich people stuff like attend fancy soirees and chat up lovely ladies (like Lara Pulver!), but he also worked for Britain's Naval Intelligence Division during World War II and ran Operation Golden Eye, which consisted of launching sabotage operations against the Nazis. In other words, it's the perfect material for a mini-series on BBC America starring Dominic Cooper.

The mini-series will consist of four installments, which is set to kick off on January 29th at 10 p.m. ET. You can check out the trailer above.
