American Horror Story: Coven is already so great, I'm actually at a loss of ideas as to how they can improve it—but this definitely wouldn't hurt. Speaking to Rolling Stone, Connie Britton, who viewers may recognize as the doomed Vivian Harmon from AHS: Murder House, commented that she would love to return to AHS this season for Coven, if producers can work something out with her current filming schedule for Nashville. From the interview:
Many American Horror Story people have come back to the show. Any chance you'll join them?
I hope so. I've actually have been talking to them this season, because they're down in New Orleans and I'm in Nashville. I'm said, "Okay, let's see if we can try to figure this out."
So you have your pointy witch hat ready?
[Laughs] I'm like, "I'll put that on and jump on a plane and go to New Orleans." Yes, I would do that. As long as we can figure it out with both productions, I'm in. I hope it happens.
Violet Harmon was one of the best parts of the first season, and Britton steals every scene she's in—so how epic would it be to see her on screen with Jessica Lange again, this time as she's the queen badass supreme, Fiona Goode? AHS, MAKE THIS HAPPEN.
