The dust has barely settled from July’s mammoth San Diego Comic Con, and fans were already right back in the thick of it this weekend for the 2013 New York Comic Con at the Jacob Javits Center. For four days, every comic book publisher, movie studio, TV company, and video game outlet crammed into the convention center in hopes of unveiling the next big pop culture phenomenon. Though it’s not as big as its left coast counterpart, the NYCC still has everything a fanboy or girl could want: superheroes, sci-fi, and an endless wave of cosplayers from the theater of the bizarre.
With all of the news spewing from the convention floor over the last four days, it’s easy to be overwhelmed.
