Believe it or not, Shake Shack and exercise go hand in hand. Shack Track & Field, a run that lasts 45 minutes to an hour, starts at Pacers Logan Circle (1427 P St.) and ends at the Dupont Circle Shake Shack (1216 18th St NW). Beginning Oct. 8 at 7 p.m., it will make its way to D.C.
In case you were wondering, the run will burn anywhere from 150 to 900 calories depending on your speed and weight.
