Simon Cowell's The X Factor has seen some pretty incredible personalities in its young existence. Last season gave birth to the new pop sensation Fifth Harmony, which will be releasing its first album this fall, and has continued to dazzle audiences with its performances since Season 2 concluded.

However, as Season 3 is poised to begin, all everyone is talking about is the show's new team of judges. Simon has obviously returned, as has Demi Lovato, much to the delight of fans. But Simon and Demi are also welcoming Destiny's Child alumnus and solo smash artist Kelly Rowland, as well as Latina recording superstar Paulina Rubio. Not only does this add some welcomed diversity to the panel, but it also sends a very clear message to fans: this season will be all about the music. With a bevy of seasoned recording artists weighing in each week, not to mention the inimitable eye for talent and strong opinions that are Cowell's trademarks, the third season is already shaping up to bring viewers the most talented musical candidates in the show's history.

Season 3 of The X Factor gets underway with a two-night premiere tonight and tomorrow at 8/7 Central, only on FOX. For more on what awaits, be sure to visit
