Electronic Arts and Victory Games released a new developer diary for the upcoming Command & Conquer reboot. We always took the Command & Conquer series a little too seriously and apparently these developers do to.

The diary explains a unit, the Nuke Truck, gives it a basic development rundown and explains about how damn excited everyone is to be adults making things go boom. The game itself, which we first got a peek at during this year’s E3, looks great and keeps to the games gloriously simple beginnings. Sign up with us for the beta here.

Look for the latest entry into the Command & Conquer series to drop later this year.
