What has Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving done lately? Well besides being 2011 NBA first draft pick, 2011-2012 NBA Rookie of the Year and the unanimous choice to the 2012 NBA All-Rookie First Team not to mention being recognized as an NBA All-Star and reigning Foot Locker Three-Point Shootout champion. Now Irving's glorious mug will grace the cover of EA Sports' NBA LIVE 14.

“I’m so proud to be the face of this franchise as it makes its much-anticipated return,” Irving said. “I’ve been on the court with the development team and I’ve seen first-hand some of the amazing things EA SPORTS is doing with NBA LIVE 14. The fans are going to love it.”

Besides offering Irving's face on the cover to frame-up next to grandma's, there are some other subtle changes coming to NBA LIVE 14 including new ball mechanics, dubbed bounceTek, and many other under-the-hood tweaks covering advanced A.I. and improved player motion to make it more realistic than ever.

NBA LIVE 14 is set to drop in October of 2013.
