This obsession with social media and phones is making people behave strangely. A 14-year-old student at Seward Park High School on the Lower East Side has been accused of biting a teacher who had the audacity to try and take his cell phone away. The nerve.
The student had a Pre-K flashback, biting his instructor with such ferocity that the teacher actually had to be taken to Bellevue Hospital. As for the little phone addict, he was carted off by police and charged with felony assault. There's no excuse for this behavior, but this kid's high school experience will be defined by this action.
