Considering that Applegate is already gone, and Arnett and Rudolph are likely soon to follow - Arnett has signed on to portray another sitcom dad in Raising Hope creator Greg Garcia's new CBS series, and Rudolph is being approached by networks for a new variety show - NBC really needs to let this show die before things get any crazier.
Though, it probably already entered crazy territory when that plot about "a portal between two worlds" that only the baby could see was pitched.
