Do you have concerns about Facebook's privacy settings?

A new feature called "Ask Erin" was added to the "Facebook and Privacy" page connecting users directly to  the social network's Chief Privacy Officer Erin Egan. The social network has been testing effective ways for users voice opinions; the last method, a voting system, was eliminated back in December due to lack of  participation. With the "Ask Erin" feature, Egan will address questions directly on the page.

According to Facebook, questions about a specific account should still be submitted at the Help Center.

Egan will not provide responses for every question, but queries she is able to answer will be highlighted in a series of posts within the app.
