An Assassin's Creed "Anthology" has appeared on Amazon France, and though Ubisoft has yet to mention this collection publicly, Joystiq has received word that details will arrive this week.

The Anthology appears to contain Assassin's Creed, Assassin's Creed 2, and Assassin's Creed 3, though Russian fan site Assassin's Creed RU claims that the listing previously detailed the inclusion of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and Assassin's Creed: Revelations, according to Joystiq's report.

Even with all five games, the nearly $200 price tag (converted from Euros) seems steep, especially considering that the Assassin's Creed "Ezio Trilogy," with AC 2, Brotherhood and Revelations, was just announced in September.

But the Anthology may also include the single and multiplayer DLC for each game, as well as collectible lithographs and a steelbook case. Is the price too high or will you await Ubisoft's official announcement before judging the Anthology's worth?
