Sure, Jurassic Park IV never happened - Ain't It Cool News' hilariously scathing script review back in 2007 made sure of that - but that doesn't mean we can't dream of what could have been.

And by dream, we mean laugh a lot, because those images above, via Bloody Disgusting, are evidently concept art of the so-called "human-dinosaur hybrids" that were to appear in screenwriter John Sayles' version of the film. Apparently, these dudes were meant to be sort of super-smart dino soldiers who were trained specifically to capture drug dealers and rescue kidnapped children. Sure, why not? Because that makes all the sense in the world.
