New York Comic-Con isn't the biggest convention out there, and it's not even focused on games like PAX and E3. But regardless, our favorite gaming companies love to pull out all the stops and arrive in full force to strut their stuff on the convention floor.

From Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo to Square Enix and Ubisoft, plenty of big players were on the scene to show off the likes of Halo 4, God of War: Ascension, and Assassin's Creed 3. Fans lined up for hours to get a few precious minutes with the games, while we navigated through sweating, heaving crowds to snap as many pictures as we could before being overwhelmed and collapsing under the sheer weight of it all.

Even then, it was totally worth it. Check out our gallery and let us know what you think about New York Comic-Con in the comments or on Twitter.
