Edward Bogunovich, 87, of Denver, CO, was arrested for several marijuana related felonies yesterday after authorities claimed he was growing over 400 marijuana plants in the backyard of his home. Bogunovich was charged with possession with intent to distribute more than 100 pounds of weed, cultivation of over 30 plants, and possession of more than 12 ounces.
Bogunovich was also accused of having tools and materials that suggest "distribution beyond personal and provider use." He was released and from the Denver Detention Center of $10,000 bail, but it ain't over between Grandaddy Purp and the law.
