2K Sports has crowned the winner of their MLB 2K12 Perfect Game Challenge, in which eight finalists—chosen from the game's entire playerbase—competed to win $1 million.
As you can see, said $1 million was presented to 21-year-old Floridian Christopher Gilmore in the form of a giant check and held aloft by an angel named Kate Upton. At least he was old enough to buy her a drink.
Gilmore came out on top of eight finalists, gamers who qualified by throwing perfect games in Major League Baseball 2K12, in the final rounds of 2K's tournament in their New York MLB Fan Cave. The final showdowns will be aired on Spike TV soon, with Geoff Keighley hosting and special appearaces by MLB Network's Harold Reynolds and Kate Upton herself.
