Lindsay Lohan may be in trouble again.
A woman named Marisa Dugas filed an incident report with the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department last week claiming that the troubled actress began pushing and shoving her after she grew upset that she was talking to one of her guy friends at the Standard Hotel.
Lindsay quickly denied that anything like that had happened. "Lindsay was absolutely not involved in any sort of altercation whatsoever," he rep said. "This is clearly another case of someone looking for money and 15 minutes of fame."
But now a witness has come forward and says the fight actually happened, and Lindsay was definitely involved, but not in a bad way.
The witness told TMZ that Lindsay was sitting with a group of people when Marisa sat down near them. She began speaking to one of the guys, when the group unexpectedly started throwing ice at her. Marisa obviously got pissed off, and a fight broke out between her and the group. Lindsay was part of it, but was trying to break it up.
There's reportedly a surveillance tape from the hotel that shows Lindsay pulling in and then later leaving. The L.A. County Sheriff's Department has requested the tape but the hotel hasn't handed it over yet. Maybe they want to sell it? More as this story develops.
