Toddlers & Tiaras is perhaps the most exploitative reality show on TLC. And, coming from a network that is home to programs that try to turn profit from those with serious psychological issues (Hoarders) and needle-wielding addicts (Intervention), that really says a lot.
So, it should come as no surprise that the show which previously featured mothers dressing their children as fictional prostitutes has now attempted to cash-in on the fame monster that is Lady Gaga. Come to think of it, we're shocked it took this long!
In a recent episode, the mother of 8-year-old Laci was inspired by the pop star's eccentric fashion choices and decided to cloak her child in raw meat, despite her squeals of protest. Fortunately, the whole beef-bikini thing wasn't working out, so they put her in a edgy Jetson-esque blue dress, and sent her out a sequined egg.
Thank god for back-up plans!

"Hoarders" and "Intervention" are on A&E, not TLC. TLC's versions are called "Hoarding: Buried Alive," and "Addicted."
