Here's some advice: if you get pulled over and the cop takes your weed, don't ask for it back.
The trouble began when an officer spotted a bag of weed near 19-year-old Delonte Davon Jeter's feet during a traffic stop. The Midland, Pennsylvania native's lawyer said that it could've belonged to any of the four gents in the car, citing Jeter's comment that he was about to buy the weed, but hadn't actually purchased it yet.
Jeter will need a better defense, because he asked the cop if he could have his weed back. Requesting your weed from a cop pretty much signals, well, that its yours. Stop telling on yourselves, kids.
