19-year-old Jacob Kiss pleaded guilty to misdemeanor burglary after trying to rob a San Diego 7-Eleven in a Gumby suit on Labor Day. His friend, 20-year-old Jason Giramma entered the same plea for acting as the getaway driver.
Neither of them appeared in court, and pleas were entered by their lawyers. Both were placed on three years probation, but the beloved Gumby suit was taken by police. Though jail time was unlikely, both are glad to have avoided the pokey, and be honest: isn't this all just a little bit hilarious?
