No, we are not being attacked by terrorists, nor has the world ended. This is the chaos that was unleashed when Justin Bieber tickets sold out at the Monterrey Arena in Monterrey, Mexico.
The lesson here? Mexican teenagers are even more loco for Bieber than American teenagers. And clearly, Justin Bieber needs to quit holding out on Mexico and add more tour dates!
