Charges: Eastman Kodak Company claimed that technology used in Apple's iPhone (and RIM's BlackBerry devices) to view and organize images infringed on several of its digital-imaging and computer-processing patents.
Complex says: Though the case is still tied up in the courts, experts say Kodak has a very good chance of making Apple and RIM cough up some dough. Why?
