Alice Glass is doubling down on her sexual assault allegations against her former Crystal Castles bandmate Ethan Kath. In a written statement Glass swore, under oath, that her rape allegations are true.

Last month, Kath sued the former Crystal Castles singer for defamation. According to TMZ, Glass filed a declaration to the court in response to the lawsuit, restating her public claim that Kath raped her when she was 15. The document also states that Kath continued to "sexually assault, abuse, and isolate" Glass when the two dated.

Glass publicly accused Kath, who was born Claudio Palmieri, back in October. She detailed years of abuse by her former collaborator, who is 10 years her senior. Glass later discovered that Kath allegedly abused several other women, who came forward after she released her public statement.

Kath continues to deny the allegations. "I am outraged and hurt by the recent statements made by Alice about me and our prior relationship," a note he shared in October read. "Her story is pure fiction and I am consulting my lawyers as to my legal options.

Glass found out about the defamation suit after "someone pretending to be a fan" served her during a show in Chicago last month. Kath is currently reportedly under investigation by the Toronto police department, after Glass and two other women filed criminal cases against him in November.
