The title "Lil Cali and Pakistan" represents Oakland City, Atlanta, and the West End of Atlanta (known as Pakistan) where a large Muslim community resides. The two rappers put on for their neighborhoods while bringing a street-laced vibe that has made them in-demand in rap.
