Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj Link Up on New Single "Side to Side”

Ariana Grande has been slowly rolling out tracks from her upcoming third studio album, Dangerous Woman, leading up to its May 20 release date. After sharing “Greedy” and “Everyday” with Future, she’s back to premiere her Nicki Minaj-assisted track “Side to Side” on Apple Music.

This isn’t the first time Grande and Minaj have worked together. The Young Money rapper appeared on “Bang Bang,” which also featured Jessie J., off My Everything. On their latest collaboration, Minaj and Grande ride a dancehall and pop groove and call out all the boys who got them walking side to side.

Grande has been building excitement for Dangerous Woman with an appearance as the host and musical guest on SNL in March. During her performance, she played the lead singles from the album: “Dangerous Woman” (which was released a few days prior to SNL) and “Be Alright.” The following month, Grande also hit the stage at the MTV Movie Awards for a sultry performance of the title track with Jason Robert Brown.
