If you're still scratching your head trying to decipher the "Work" lyrics hidden behind Rihanna's thick Bajan patois, you're not alone. Snapchat King DJ Khaled was rocking out to Rihanna's hit on his SnapStory yesterday, and talked about how much he loved the song. Unfortunately, it looks like he's still working on figuring out what exactly the words are. He definitely gets the "work work work work work" part right, but things quickly go awry, and he ends up belting out something along the lines of "so me go su nana." Honestly, that might be the closest anyone besides Rihanna has gotten to the actual lyrics.

Of course, we love to see Rihanna celebrating her Caribbean heritage in her music, but Americans' hilarious inability to decipher the lyrics has definitely become an internet meme. It's fun to see Khaled giving it his best shot. He talked about his admiration for Rihanna during a recent Complex interview, saying "You know I want to work with Rihanna. Rihanna, I'm getting closer and closer to you. You think I was giving up? Don't every play yourself. Shout out Rihanna. And I love her new record 'Work.'" Let's hope his unique interpretation of her lyrics will help make the collaboration happen. Until then, enjoy his struggle rendition of "Work" in the video below.
