From Puff Daddy with CÎROC vodka, Jay-Z with his Armand de Brignac branded Ace of Spades champagne, and Ludacris with Conjure cognac, there's a long tradition in hip-hop of rappers with their own endorsed lines of alcohol. Now Drake appears set to join in that tradition with a brand of liquor all his own. In a post that he tossed up onto Instagram last night, Drizzy revealed that new brand, Virginia Black Whiskey, is set to debut soon, and he seems very excited about it

Although it's a bit murky at this point how involved Drake is with the new line, and we're frankly surprised he went with a Virginia brand rather than align himself with some of Canada's own fine whiskeys like Crown Royal or 40 Creek for instance, but nevertheless he's clearly out to big-up the label. "After that legendary moment what else is there to do but celebrate with class," he wrote in the caption. "Virginia Black coming soon..."
